Everyone is welcome and everyone gets a chance to choose how to participate. We take turns going around the circle, leading or suggesting a song. Bring a few songs to share or bring an instrument if you play one. Listeners are alsowelcome. Invite a friend or two. We always have some copies of Rise Up Singing for some song ideas. No microphones or sound systems to get in the way of enjoying the music. We will be meeting 6 steps down from the entrance in the Fellowship Room. There is a stairchair entrance at the back of the building and a unisex bathroom with grab bars. Masks are welcome but not required. See you there!

This week in our UUCGB wellness group Keep The Change, which meets each 3rd Thursday of each month, we will learn ‘Energy Breathing’, which almost everyone would like more of, and we will also be invited to share experiences that may be termed ‘anomalous’ or ‘unusual’ if we’ve had a few in our lives. This discussion interprets anomalous experiences as potential new ways of understanding our worlds, or as doorways to new thinking or behaviors. Specifically, if anyone has come across a party game in their teen years called, “light as a feather, stiff as a board”, (and you kow who you are because a few of you asked me about this game at UU after services), please join us and share the fun.

We need a sign of Spring! Come learn the basics of watercolor and how to paint tulips! Join us March 21 for a watercolor class at 10:30 am to 11:30 am in the sanctuary.
